Ronald L Melnick, PhD, FACT (Fellow American College of Toxicology) lead the design of the NTP/NIEHS Rodent Study. This study was carefully developed to test for a carcinogenic effect from cell phone radiation. Melnick was a Senior Toxicologist and Director of Special Programs in the Environmental Toxicology Program at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) National Institutes of Health, USA and is now retired.
